Request deletion of your AI Match Compass account and associated data.
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. This includes your profile, subscription history, and all app preferences.
Follow these steps within the AI Match Compass app to request account deletion:
Launch the AI Match Compass app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
Navigate to the Profile screen by tapping the profile icon in the app's navigation.
Scroll down to find the Delete Account button. Tap it to begin the deletion process.
A warning dialog will appear explaining that this action is permanent. Read the information carefully, then tap Continue to proceed.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code in the app to confirm your identity and authorize the deletion.
Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You will be signed out and redirected to the sign-up screen.
